Supervisors and management. Strategic allies. All demonstrating patience, professionalism and values under fire. It is their reliability - their consistency under extraordinary circumstances - that gives us reason for optimism. Let us also acknowledge those employees who, through restrictions and reduced activity, have been required to stay at home.
